About this role

Participate in brainstorming sessions, write scripts, and develop agile storyboards for social media formats
Frame shots, operate the camera, and manage lighting for shoots conducted independently or with a small team
Perform dynamic editing of short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Create animated graphic elements, apply creative subtitling, and add visual effects to reinforce brand identity
Monitor content performance, produce reports, and optimize distribution strategy based on results

Degree from a film or audiovisual school (ESEC, Gobelins, 3iS)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience, ideally gained at new media companies or in an agency working on major accounts
DaVinci Resolve (expertise in color grading and editing)
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Proactive, autonomous, and able to simplify complex institutional subjects into clear visual storytelling
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce "social-first" content (9:16) with strong creative impact
