Support the monthly close process, including preparation and posting of journal entries and completion of balance sheet reconciliations
Record and reconcile debt activity, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supporting schedules
Assist with Asset-Based Lending (ABL) reporting, including preparation and analysis of Borrowing Base Certificates (BBC)
Manage and coordinate the company-wide intercompany reconciliation process, including intercompany AR/AP, cash sweep activity, and intercompany sales
Manage and reconcile various billing processes, including benefits, insurance, and other vendor-related allocations
Support interim and year-end external audits, including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor requests
Partner with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury) to support financial reporting and analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with SAP, OneStream, or other ERP/consolidation tools is a plus
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Proactive self-starter that learns and adapts quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ years of relevant accounting experience (CPA or progress toward certification is preferred)
Quality, high-speed internet connection at home
All-star communicator proficient in English (both written and verbal)
Schedule of M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST) with flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed
