About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement the B2B go-to-market strategy for concept stores, furniture retailers, and hotel & F&B customers
Define target segments, offering packages, and pricing and margin logic
Build a B2B MVP to test and validate the concept
Proactively acquire new retailers and manage existing accounts
Qualify and close initial and follow-up orders
Establish and maintain long-term retailer relationships
Represent the company at trade fairs, showrooms, and pop-up events
Manage the quotation and ordering process
Coordinate closely with Operations on lead times, availability, and samples
Set up basic CRM structures and sales processes
Systematically collect retailer feedback for continuous optimization
Analyze relevant KPIs (leads, conversion, average basket, repeat purchases)
Derive assortment and process optimizations
Prepare for scaling (automation, partner programs, key accounts)
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management
Experience building new sales structures (startup, scale-up, or new business unit)
Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution skills
High level of personal responsibility and a structured working style
Willingness to travel — you enjoy meeting customers in person
Nice to have: experience in retail, interior, design, D2C or FMCG
Experience in B2B sales to retailers, concept stores, or furniture stores
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Trade fair or showroom experience
