Design and refine the end-to-end PaaS experience, ensuring the integration of hardware (sensors) and software (AI analytics) is seamless, scalable, and sold as a high-margin recurring service.
Convert complex photonics and data concepts into clear, ROI-driven value propositions that resonate with both technical buyers and commercial executives.
Validate new product verticals through pilot projects, ensuring that every feature developed solves a "pain point" worth paying for.
Design, sell, and oversee Paid Pilot programs, defining success metrics for these pilots to ensure they convert into full-scale commercial deployments.
Test current go-to-market (GTM) strategies and validate alternative ones, including value-based pricing models that align Seedsight’s revenue with the success of clients.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or product commercialization, ideally in agri-food, SaaS, or deep tech environments.
Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience managing B2B product lifecycles
from go-to-market through adoption and growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of bridging technical and commercial worlds.
