Role Overview
- Development and implementation of a social media strategy
- Creation of content (images, videos, Reels, Stories, posts)
- Assisting in the creation of paid ads campaigns
- Community management & engagement with our target audience
- Building and maintaining partnerships with other brands & influencers
- Performance analysis & optimization of our content
Requirements
- Passion for social media & creative ideas
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality
- Some experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) is a plus
- Motivation to help build a start-up from the beginning
- Flexibility & willingness to take on responsibility
- Available at least 10 hours per week
- Availability on-site in Berlin is a plus
