Role Overview
- You review and manage claims in Motor and Property insurance where our AI reaches its limits and full automation is not possible.
- You combine your subject-matter expertise with cutting-edge tools.
- You question existing processes, rethink workflows and help improve our AI.
- You work closely with insurers, customers and our team.
- Your feedback flows directly into our AI models and changes how thousands of claims will be handled in the future.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in claims handling (Motor / Property)
- Enjoy taking new approaches rather than following the rules by rote
- Openness to and affinity for digital tools and AI
- Structured way of working, team spirit & enthusiasm for innovation
