Role Overview
- Provide full technical knowledge and supervisory guidance to Applications Analysts including instructing, assigning, directing, and reviewing work.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling section activities in alignment with IT and organizational goals.
- Partner with client management to identify and document complex business requirements and processes across diverse development platforms, software, hardware, and tools.
- Coordinate application design, testing, and implementation activities across multiple IT sections including database, telecommunications, operations, and technical support.
- Act as an expert technical resource to development staff throughout all phases of the development and implementation lifecycle.
- Support all levels of supervision and fulfill management functions in the absence of the Manager.
- Serve as project leader when required, driving accountability and delivery across workstreams.
- Ensure all project activities and documentation align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Exp. with Epic Beans System Build
- 5+ years of solid, diverse IT work experience.
- Active Epic Ambulatory certification and hands-on implementation experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in Dialysis/Nephrology EMR implementation, or Epic Beacon certification and experience.
