The problem-solver in the chat: You’ll manage our live chat on fixed days and help our customers (trades and construction companies) with questions about using the software.
Onboarding support: You support new customers through their first steps and make sure they find their way around Flexxter right away.
Feedback interface: You collect recurring questions and user requests and pass them on directly to our product team to help improve the software.
Help-for-self: You keep our help articles up to date and write new articles when we launch new features.
Video tutorials: You create short screen recordings (e.g., with Loom) in which you explain features clearly and with a friendly tone.
Quality assurance: You regularly check whether our guides are still accurate with the current state of the software.
Content repurposing: You turn the most important tips from support and the help center into short, punchy social media posts (e.g., “Feature of the Week” or “Quick Tip”).
Community engagement: You help promote interaction on our channels by answering subject-specific questions.
Creative input: Do you have ideas for presenting our product benefits in a visually appealing way? We want to hear them!
Requirements
Currently enrolled student: Ideally studying civil engineering, business administration, communications, marketing, or a comparable program.
Communication ace: You can translate complex software functions into simple, easy-to-understand German—whether in chat or in explainer videos.
Digital-native attitude: You have a strong affinity for software tools.
Creative eye: You enjoy preparing content in an aesthetically pleasing way (e.g., with Canva or basic editing tools for social media).
Organized & reliable: Even when three support requests come in at once, you keep a cool head and remain friendly.
Interest in the trades: You respect the work of our customers and are excited to help shape the digitalization of one of Germany’s most important industries.
