Repair and maintain medical diagnostic imaging equipment, including fixed and mobile X ray (RX) systems, DR Panels (RX and Mammography’s), workstations and some others: Printers and CR Digitizers.
Train users in the use and handling of equipment so that they can use those properly avoiding failures and repairs.
Give remote support to dealers for installations and repairs.
Moderate customers on possible problem solutions on the equipment use.
Administrative functions suchas: phone call attendance, introduce data on ServiceNow database, go canvas and AP7.
Evaluate and decide if the site is able to starting the service.
Provide feedback to the Customer, related with issues in the site that must be solved before starting the service.
Evaluate if AGFA equipment is able to be installed.
To complete the reports within ServiceNow and Go canvas.
To escalate a technical problem to next level of support.
Requirements
Electronic/electromechanical Engineer (or Technician) / Bioengineer oriented to field work.
At least one year of experience in a similar position.
Field customer service experience.
Languages: English 80%
IT-Knowledge: MS Office (Intermediate-Advance); Outlook; preferably CRM´s.
Technical Skills: Analogue and Digital Devices Knowledge, Mechanics, Networking.
Soft Skills: Customer focus, good interpersonal relationship, service attitude.
