Responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations
Ensure aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Provide leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
Assist in the supervision of all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations
Serve as the designated authority in the absence of the Site Manager
Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict adherence to flight line safety standards
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements
Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel during shifts
Schedule personnel to maintain required service levels
Inspect and audit in-process and completed work to verify compliance with PWS requirements
Requirements
U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance
Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of: Aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures, Airfield safety requirements and flight line operations, Applicable Technical Orders and maintenance practices
