About this role
Role Overview
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing affiliate team, including senior managers, managers, and junior staff
Expand and strengthen the affiliate network by recruiting high-quality partners
Drive traffic growth and maximize acquisition performance across all brands
Build and nurture long-term relationships with affiliates to deliver consistent revenue growth
Negotiate bespoke commercial agreements to unlock incremental opportunities
Oversee initiatives that enhance affiliate conversion, retention, and overall performance
Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate activity, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns
Collaborate with design and development teams to create high-converting marketing assets
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Plan and execute quarterly promotions and incentive programs to engage affiliates
Produce engaging monthly affiliate communications, including newsletters and industry updates
Represent the company in key affiliate forums, events, and networking opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, managing relationships, queries, and negotiations
Provide regular performance reporting against targets and strategic goals
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head of Affiliates (or in a similar senior role) within a casino
Strong expertise in global online marketing and acquisition channels
Demonstrated success in negotiation, partnership development, and revenue growth
Established network within the affiliate marketing space
Extensive experience operating with exotic licenses
Proven track record of successfully marketing to high-barrier markets and customers
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to lead independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Highly motivated, proactive, and hands-on in approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
