Role Overview
- Manage financial inflows and outflows
- Make payments to suppliers and pay bills
- Support benefits administration and payroll management
- Process payroll for clients' interns
- Issue boletos (payment slips) and invoices
- Monitor and perform client collections
- Provide support for administrative and financial routines
Requirements
- Reside in Cachoeirinha or Gravataí
- Experience in financial BPO
- Experience with Conta Azul and Asas systems (considered a plus)
- Experience in administrative or financial roles
- Knowledge of issuing invoices, boletos and collections
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with payroll and benefits (a plus)
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
