Support scheduling daily publishing of content across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube)
Implement the Society’s community engagement efforts across all social media channels
Monitor, respond to and engage with comments, DMs, mentions and tags that reflect the Society’s brand voice
Monitor social media for potential opportunities for the Society to engage in cultural moments and conversations
Build and refine social listening reports to actively monitor content and conversations about the Society
Support regular reports to track community engagement KPIs, including engagement, sentiment and growth

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of social media or digital experience
Active social media user with an understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Experience with digital social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite or Sprinklr)
Ability to work on multiple projects, under deadlines, with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
