Manage day-to-day HR Operations with employment practices and policies both for US and PH.
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies.
Assist with ADA interactive process coordination, including medical documentation requests and tracking, communication drafts to employees and managers.
Review and administer FMLA requests, including eligibility verification, qualifying reason review, medical certification completeness/sufficiency checks, leave designation, and ongoing leave tracking (continuous and intermittent).
Support US Workers’ Compensation processes by, assisting with claim intake and documentation, coordinating information with insurers, brokers, or third-party administrators, tracking claim status and related employee communications.
Support US unemployment claim administration by gathering employment and separation documentation, responding to state agency inquiries, tracking deadlines, and coordinating claim responses with US HR leadership.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist in investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Support employee relations matter by addressing routine questions and concerns, documenting issues, and promptly escalating complex or unresolved matters to US and/or Philippines HR Management in accordance with company protocols.
Monitor and manage HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and internal communications.
Coordinate meetings, training and HR-related events.
Support audits and compliance checks needed.
Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of extensive experience in handling end to end global HR Operations
Strong understanding of US and PH labor laws and HR best practices
Working knowledge of US employment laws, specifically: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Workers’ Compensation processes
Unemployment Insurance claims
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft office tools.
Experience in supporting remote and global teams.
