The Construction QA/QC Manager leads the quality assurance and quality control program for data center construction projects.
Ensure all work delivered by trade contractors, vendors, and internal teams meets project specifications, applicable codes, owner standards, and industry best practices.
Oversee day-to-day QA/QC field activities, including inspections, surveillance, witness points, hold points, and punch list management through L1–L5 commissioning phases.
Serve as the primary QA/QC point of contact for the owner, general contractor, commissioning authority, design team, and third-party testing and inspection agencies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of construction QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years on data center, mission-critical, or other complex industrial/commercial projects.
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing a multidisciplinary QA/QC team.
Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems typical of data centers — switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, PDUs, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, and airflow management.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
