Role Overview
- Assist in developing and executing communication plans for organizational transformation initiatives
- Partner with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear and consistent
- Contribute to creating content, coordinating communication activities and helping maintain alignment across multiple initiatives
- Track communication effectiveness through surveys and feedback tools
- Use digital communication tools and platforms to publish and monitor content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in corporate communications or change management communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on
- Change management experience
- A global mindset with the ability to adapt communications strategies
- Excellent time management skills
- Change management certification preferred (Prosci, CCMP or equivalent)
- Experience working in industries such as medtech healthcare or highly regulated sectors is a plus
