Role Overview
- You will become ALB's primary contact for your area.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your willingness to learn and do a great job.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
