Real Estate City Manager

Role Overview

• You will be ALB's point of contact for your territory.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unconventional accommodations...).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinating cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
• Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).

Requirements

• Strong persuasion skills: you can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or another sector — your willingness to learn and deliver quality work is what matters.
• Autonomous: you want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
