City Manager, Real Estate

Role Overview

• You will become the ALB reference for your area.
• Identify and onboard new properties into management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations, etc.).
• Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
• Organize your time and work from wherever you choose (partial remote / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and do a great job matters most.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
