Role Overview
- You will become ALB’s local point of contact for your area.
- Business development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasion: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and commitment to quality are what matter.
- Autonomous: You want flexibility in your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
