- You become ALB's main point of contact in your area.
- Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations...).
- Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, relations with owners and guests).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasion: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do a good job is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
