About this role
Role Overview
Understand invoicing work processes and the different methods that can trigger or be used to create an invoice.
Understand the geography laws for different invoicing scenarios & e-invoicing requirements.
Requires knowledge of transfer pricing and internal impacts.
Understand VISTEX system and how rebates are configured and communicated out of the system.
Work cross-functionality to understand any downstream impacts system changes or projects can have on the invoicing space.
Proficient in the technical landscape, being ECC, DSR, E-Invoicing (SOVOS), and compliance.
Perform Work process support by resolving production support issues and end user questions.
Provide Technical resolution support if should issues arise: Being able to perform root cause analyses cross functionally.
Assist DSS IT once problem resolutions are available with testing scenarios to ensure correct invoice output is accurate for all changes/defects.
For complex system solutions, the BPX/SME will work with the global IT teams to create functional designs and act as the local expert for the global IT team.
Participate in M&A or divestiture projects to provide invoicing work process perspective.
Responsible for work process and system documentation for the areas tax processes.
Understand transfer pricing process and how it gets applied in ECC.
Provide support to the transfer price team in LAA should any system issue arise.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation.
Should have significant experience working in and with SAP ECC.
Knowledge of e-invoicing software solutions are a plus (SOVOS, SAP DRC, Edicom)
