Produce motion graphics for a variety of uses eg YouTube, LinkedIn, award submissions, Instagram.
Manage end to end production including conception, storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing etc including management of audio.
Work alongside a team of Global Marketing Designers, Content Marketing Managers, and Account Managers to create and conceptualise video for the agency marketing campaigns, award submissions and social media.
Creating and/or overlooking and reviewing the production assets that come in from external/internal production team.
Develop thoughtful creative work that delivers on the overall strategy within the required turnaround times.
This role develops award winning motion graphics for client award submissions, therefore understanding of the importance of deadlines, time management and managing client expectations is essential.
Requirements
2 to 3 years experience with creating motion designs, concepts, and end to end production including based knowledge of motion design principles and aesthetic design concepts. (Great if you have a prior advertising/digital/social media agency background)
Expertise in the Adobe creative suite, eg Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects is a must.
Experience with other motion design and editing tools eg Maya and experience using AI creative tools is a plus.
Ability to be collaborative and flexible in working with diverse teams and with shifting priorities.
Experience working with Copywriters, Content Producers, Account Managers and other stakeholders.
Fluent professional level English.
