Apply Essity CoE methodologies and unified KPI logic to ensure outputs are robust, comparable, and decision-ready.
Manage research agencies and data partners, defining scopes of work and ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in insights and analytics, with strong ownership of category, brand, or portfolio analytics; experience in CPG or consumer health is an advantage.
Proven expertise in consumer and shopper research, brand tracking, and performance analytics, with the ability to triangulate multiple data sources into clear recommendations.
A strong influencer and storyteller with analytical rigor, problem-solving capability, and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects while coaching others.
