You are responsible for preparatory accounting using Lexoffice, including document management and account reconciliation.
You create invoices and manage all payment transactions.
You carry out the monthly VAT return.
You prepare monthly overviews and liquidity planning and keep an eye on our cash flow.
You coordinate the annual financial statements in close collaboration with our tax advisor.
You are responsible for payroll preparation and ensure a smooth process.
You manage administrative HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
You handle social security matters and maintain employee master data.
You work closely with our HR and recruiting lead to ensure clean, efficient processes.
You manage company event planning and create gatherings that leave a lasting impression.
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable commercial qualification.
You bring at least 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, or operations — ideally in a high-growth company or startup.
You have hands-on experience in preparatory accounting and using accounting software (e.g. Lexoffice or similar).
You work in a structured and thorough manner and keep track of multiple topics simultaneously.
You take responsibility, set priorities independently, and think proactively.
You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. tax advisors).
