About this role
Role Overview
Shop analyses & UX audits: You analyze e-commerce shops using GA4, heatmaps and session recordings, and identify conversion levers.
Competitive analyses: You systematically examine competitors with regard to UX, positioning, funnel logic and psychological triggers.
Onboarding preparation: You support the preparation of new client projects and analyze existing data sources.
Research & hypothesis generation: You assist with quantitative and qualitative research processes and develop evidence-based optimization hypotheses.
Wireframing & concept development: You create UX concepts for PDPs (product detail pages), CLPs (category/listing pages), landing pages and checkouts, and visualize them in Figma.
A/B testing support: You contribute to the creation, structuring and analysis of A/B tests.
Requirements
You are an enrolled student in Design, Media, Business, Psychology, Computer Science or a comparable field of study.
You have a genuine interest in UX, e-commerce and conversion optimization.
You are eager to dive deep into data, user behavior and testing systems.
Experience with Figma.
Nice to have: initial experience with analytics tools and Shopify.
Confident use of AI tools for research, structuring and idea generation.
