Taking on responsibility within the company as (part-)project manager in client projects
Working on projects at the intersection of the energy industry, sustainability, digitalization and software development
Designing strategy and transformation projects across the entire energy value chain to promote sustainability and resilience
Contributing to the strategic, operational or organizational development of energy-related topics, such as hydrogen utilization, green power and flexibility marketing, new business models for decentralized energy supply, or CO2 emissions accounting
Continuous professional development on current trends and developments in the energy sector
Supporting the promotion of interdisciplinary expertise through publications and presentations

Desire to join a motivated and committed team and to contribute your own ideas
Initial practical experience through internships or entry-level positions in the energy sector or in consulting (industry-independent)
A strong academic degree in a technical, scientific, business/economic or information technology discipline
Enjoy combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, financial/business reasoning and implementation work
Reliability, team spirit, openness and a passion for actively shaping the energy transition, driving topics forward and establishing sustainable change
Initial presentation and facilitation experience as well as MS Office skills
Very good German and English language skills
Willingness to travel (flexibility and mobility)
