Role Overview
- Conduct qualified closing calls with prospective customers by phone
- Ensure a professional transition from prospect to paying customer
- Lead needs-based conversations with a clear focus on closing deals
- Carefully document and follow up all contacts in the CRM system
- Build trust and commitment in direct customer interactions
- Actively contribute to the development of our advisory and closing processes
Requirements
- Completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally some initial experience in customer service or a similar role
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Solid IT skills, particularly with MS Office
- Ability to work in a structured, efficient, and precise manner even in a dynamic environment
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a reliable work ethic
