You make HubSpot the central nervous system of our commercial activities — replacing manual processes with smart automation and AI-driven workflows.
Requirements
Enthusiasm for startups and working in fast, dynamic environments
University degree in a relevant field
Some hands-on experience in GTM operations, Customer Success, or Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of implementing structured process improvements and driving adoption across the team
Technology-savvy and comfortable using digital tools in daily work
Strong communication skills; enjoy working in a team and bring empathy and a collaborative attitude when working with diverse stakeholders
You identify optimization potential in daily workflows and have a sense for how processes can be made more efficient through automation or artificial intelligence
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Bonus: Background in construction or real estate (e.g., through internships)
Familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot
