Accountable for converting DevOps performance and productivity data into strategic insights
Set and govern performance measurement frameworks
Steer benchmarking and progress evaluation
Identify and frame targeted interventions that improve cycle time, predictability, and delivery effectiveness
Lead the development of high-impact insight packs, narratives, and executive-level performance summaries
Synthesize complex, multi-source data into clear points of view
Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, shaping performance questions and options
Lead internal and external benchmarking activities
Own advanced resource, capacity, and demand intelligence
Partner closely with Finance and Planning functions to align performance, resourcing, and financial views
Promote a fact-based, insight-led decision culture across Development Operations and R&D

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
Extensive experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or a closely related environment, with strong exposure to clinical development, development operations, or R&D delivery
Demonstrated ability to connect and analyze data, and leverage it to inform sound business decisions
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and create robust visualizations of data to convey messages
Demonstrated expertise in performance analytics, KPI frameworks, benchmarking, and decision intelligence in a matrixed organization
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority and operate credibly at executive level
Experience partnering with Technology, Data, and Finance teams to shape analytic solutions and improve data quality and automation
