Manage the product backlog, leading agile ceremonies and ensuring high-quality, timely releases of new functionality.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in e-commerce product management, with a strong focus on UX/UI and conversion optimisation.
Proven experience managing and deploying features on Shopify Plus, including understanding theme architectures, sections, and metafields.
Demonstrable experience working in visual design, interaction design, and working with design systems. (personally or through work with designers and agencies)
Expert-level proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics) and experimentation platforms.
High proficiency in Figma (for prototyping and reviewing designs) and project management tools like JIRA
A customer-first, data-driven, and highly organised approach to tackling complex e-commerce challenges.
Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/Liquid) to understand feasibility.
Background in a high-growth DTC or premium consumer brand.
Experience in re-platforming or large-scale redesigns
Experience managing contract development teams
Experience working with in-house development teams
