Design and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with HRIS
Support global QA and deployment documentation.
Ensure accurate data flow and a consistent candidate experience
Document workflows and support ongoing releases
Configure email/SMS messaging aligned with Anna AI calls
Partner with Product and regional teams to improve workflows and messaging
Support A/B testing to boost engagement and completion rates
Help standardize sourcing taxonomies (sources, sub-sources, campaigns) and reporting definitions across PSG and local Operations so performance can compare systems globally.
Analyze performance by channel, campaign, and geography (e.g., cost per lead, conversion by stage, time-to-contact) and recommend experiments to improve quality and volume.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in implementation, HR systems, workflow configuration, process optimization, or technical operations in recruitment.
Experience with automation design, RPA, or conversational design (preferred)
Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, CRM tools, or recruitment technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CPL, time-to-contact) and translate insights into process improvements.
Ability to manage QA testing, validate data flows, and ensure deployment accuracy.
Comfortable working with global, cross‑functional, and remote teams across multiple time zones.
Ability to handle multiple projects, adjust to shifting priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort configuring system messaging (email, SMS, chatbot flows) and understanding logic‑based triggers.
