Role Overview
- Lead cross-functional discussions to align on product and technology strategy.
- Define and uphold high standards for software quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging technologies to guide technical direction.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in development practices, tooling, and automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding of senior engineering talent.
- Foster a culture of innovation, craftsmanship, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 9+ years in frontend application development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
- Expertise in React, Angular, or Next.js (App Router).
- Expert Javascript Knowledge to be able to debug complex issues and guide team.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, ES6, and Web Components.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and interaction design principles.
- Experience with SSR/CSR rendering strategies and modern frontend tooling (bundlers, linters, etc.).
- Solid grasp of TDD/BDD practices using frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or Vitest.
- Familiarity with web security best practices and OWASP guidelines.
- Responsive design and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS).
- Experience with E2E testing tools like Cypress or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, ECS, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
- Basic Knowledge of Docker and Containerization.
- State management using Redux, NgRx, or Redux Toolkit.
- Performance profiling and optimization techniques.
