Support and advise clinical users in operating rooms, intensive care units and specialty departments
Actively support our Account Managers at customer meetings and on projects in your region
Train users, support product evaluations and provide practical, hands‑on advice
Identify opportunities and cross‑selling potential in everyday clinical practice
Build long‑term relationships with nursing staff, medical teams and procurement
Serve as a sparring partner for customers as well as for Sales, Marketing and Product Management
Represent Medline at conferences and customer events
Work in a structured manner including CRM documentation and market and competitor monitoring
Requirements
Completed nursing or medical training, ideally with operating room (OR) experience
Several years' experience as an OR nurse or in a comparable clinical setting
Enjoy imparting knowledge and convincing others
Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills, professional demeanor and ability to handle conflicts
Curiosity, willingness to learn and an interest in sales and customer relationships
Excellent German and good English skills
Driving license and willingness to travel within your territory
