Customize and adapt templates to fit each Founder’s brand, ensuring outputs feel polished and aligned, not generic.
Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with C1 English proficiency.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a remote setup.
