Prepare new plant integration: Collaborate with internal teams to track project milestones and ensure operational requirements are embedded in development and construction phases.
Support tenders and contractual negotiations for local O&M providers and additional service providers.
Define spare parts packages and contribute to technical and legal frameworks (SLAs, KPIs, maintenance plans, HSE requirements).
Manage the transition to operations: Secure complete project documentation handover (As-Built, drawings, certificates, warranties).
Lead risk and compliance assessments (technical, HSE, grid, regulatory) and coordinate O&M pre-mobilization activities.
Participate in PAC/FAC processes, performance testing, and grid access requirements.
Support implementation of energy sales mechanisms, including feed-in tariffs, PPAs, and guarantees of origin.
Operate and optimize assets in service: Manage and challenge service providers (O&M, supervision, HV/MV, security, etc.).
Monitor operational performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, HSE, energy market, and grid code requirements.
Liaise with local stakeholders and coordinate with French teams for seamless operations.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in PV and/or wind plant O&M, engineering, commissioning, or technical asset management.
Strong knowledge of utility-scale PV systems or wind farms, including central/string inverters, SCADA/DAS, HV/MV substations, and grid codes.
Proficiency in O&M contracts, performance KPIs, PAC/FAC processes, and operational data analysis.
Proven technical problem-solving skills and experience optimizing asset performance.
Fluency in German and English.
Ideally, experience with OT cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in energy markets.
