As an experienced Senior Payroll and HR Consultant (m/f/d), you provide hands-on, client-focused support.
You ensure that your client feels comfortable turning to you with any question.
You are a genuine team player and build a real trust-based relationship with your clients.
You have a truly attentive ear for clients’ needs and dig into every request.
You dedicate time each day to in-depth client advisory.
You apply your HR and payroll expertise to our SME services and their sustainable development for the benefit of your clients.
You process and manage clients’ payroll accurately and reliably.

Completed commercial/vocational training or a comparable degree/qualification
Several years of experience in payroll processing
Knowledge of payroll tax and social security regulations
Practical experience in HR operations
Customer-focused expertise: curiosity and drive to stay close to trends and innovations, to develop that knowledge and apply it to client solutions
Proficient use of common MS Office tools
Strong communication skills combined with a commercial/business-minded approach
Willingness to learn and a pronounced service

Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
