About this role
Role Overview
Strategic leadership of corporate client development
Develop and implement a national key accounts strategy
Define target segments
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities
Manage strategic accounts and drive customer retention
Negotiate and close framework agreements
Ensure long-term client relationships
Proactively acquire new major clients
Social selling and digital visibility
Close coordination with operations
Disciplinary and technical management of central key accounts teams
Regular reporting to management
Interface management and internal collaboration
Requirements
Master's degree in Business, Management or equivalent
8–10 years' experience in sales roles
Team management and strategic account management
Development of commercial/sales strategy
Multi-site management and team leadership
Key account negotiation and handling RFPs/tenders
Commercial data analysis and performance management
Proficiency with CRM, ERP and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Knowledge of the environmental, waste, logistics or agri-food sectors
Fluent in English
