Requirements
Sales experience: Proven track record in face-to-face sales, ideally within the home energy or renewables sector.
Consultative selling: Able to understand individual needs and design bespoke solar solutions.
Closing ability: Skilled at securing sales during or after in-home consultations.
Strong communication: Warm, clear, and persuasive in person and over the phone.
Technical curiosity: Eager to learn and explain solar technology in simple terms.
Organisation & resilience: Confident managing your pipeline and following up with leads.
Autonomy & teamwork: Self-motivated but thrives in a supportive team.
Open to Travel: Full UK driving licence and happy to travel when required
