Manage the squad's Business Analysts
Drive and structure the product backlog in close collaboration with engineering and operations teams
Define delivery priorities based on business objectives, technical constraints, and reliability requirements
Translate business and user needs into actionable user stories
Ensure agility and operational efficiency within the squad
Monitor product and delivery performance indicators

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience, including proven experience as a Team Lead
Fluent French (C2), professional English (B2–C1)
Proficient in agile delivery methods, notably SAFe and Agile Release Train (ART) frameworks
Good understanding of system reliability challenges and their impact on product design and prioritization
Ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog, contribute to roadmap definition, and coordinate with multiple squads
Capacity to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and quality/reliability requirements
Data-driven approach (KPIs, user feedback) to prioritize initiatives and continuously improve product and delivery
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (product, technical, and operations teams)
