Role Overview
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and long-term planning strategies.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare annual budgeting processes across the organization.
- Track, analyze, and report variances between actual and budgeted performance.
- Recommend cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare consolidation of financial data and ensure timely reporting.
- Manage cash flow planning and ensure liquidity for business operations.
- Optimize working capital and credit control processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits; prepare required documentation.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior finance staff and support team development.
- Work closely with other departments to align finances with company goals.
- Advise senior leadership on financial impacts of strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, ACCA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and finance software (SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
