A strong portfolio/showreel showing both shooting + editing, including social-first work and at least some higher-production-value content.
Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects (plus any extra tools you feel will elevate the work you deliver).
Confident with cameras, lenses, lighting and audio (and making smart trade-offs when moving quickly).
Strong post craft: colour, sound, motion graphics, and a clear eye for pacing, story and detail.
Comfortable working directly with clients and guiding non-actors on camera.
