Role Overview
- Take ownership of the Netherlands legal scope
- Act as the primary local legal point of contact
- Support the German and Austrian markets
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
- Ensure legal compliance of new local products
- Manage local disputes and corporate formalities
- Deliver clear legal analyses for local future developments
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a generalist in-house legal counsel
- Strong experience in negotiating commercial contracts
- Handling local corporate formalities
- Professional proficiency in Dutch (min. C2 level)
- Professional proficiency in English (min. C1 level)
- Fluent German is a big plus
- Capacity to provide pragmatic, actionable legal advice
- Comfortable managing multiple inbound requests
- Clear communication skills
