Supervise litigation globally with local legal teams
Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters end-to-end
Focus on banking disputes: payment incidents, account closures, fraud-related claims, credit matters, regulatory enforcement actions
Lead litigation for France and Belgium markets
Decide on the most effective legal strategy for each case with Finance
Support the Belgian branch on commercial & product matters
Refine litigation processes and leverage AI tools
Mentor and guide junior team members

Minimum 4 years of experience in French banking litigation (contentieux bancaire) end-to-end
Strong ability to assess legal and financial risks and manage high-stakes disputes
Having passed the CRFPA/CAPA and prior experience as a lawyer is a strong plus
Curiosity about commercial and contract as well as banking products
Eager to expand your scope beyond pure litigation — ideally with some exposure to Belgian law
Comfortable experimenting with AI and modern tools to automate tasks
Structured case management workflow, with a track record of improving legal operations
Strong written communication skills for reporting and case tracking
Professional fluency in French (min. C2 level)
Strong knowledge of French banking law and litigation practices
Fluent in English (min. C1 level)
