About this role
Role Overview
Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads.
Lead non-brand category expansion across key use cases (CRM, project management, workflow automation, etc.).
Regularly analyze performance and deliver weekly performance updates and testing briefs.
Execute structured experiments, clearly document learnings, and drive continuous improvement in paid search performance.
Requirements
Deep SEM expertise: You have 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads.
Technically fluent: You've worked directly with conversion tracking, value-based bidding, and smart bidding strategies.
PLG/self-serve experience: You have experience in product-led organizations and understand the nuances of optimizing for product sign-up quality.
Builder and AI-centric mindset: You instinctively reach for AI to move faster and work smarter.
Analytical and hypothesis-driven: You're comfortable pulling insights from complex datasets and tracking their impact.
Strong communicator: You proactively surface updates and build strong relationships.
Detail-oriented and organized: You can manage multiple campaigns and workstreams without things falling through the cracks.
