Client Account Support: Assist in managing client account groups, ensuring all financial deliverables are accurate and submitted on time.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to internal standards and external reporting deadlines.
Operational Efficiency: Support Senior Consultants by managing day-to-day financial workloads, preventing service delays, and maintaining high service quality.
Strategic Support: Contribute to IBMC’s scalability by handling additional client requests and supporting future financial projects.
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records and ensure the accuracy of all financial data within our digital ecosystem.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates from a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) background are highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Accurate, or similar cloud-based platforms.
Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory for international client interaction).
Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume data, and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset.
