Requirements
- experience leading engineering teams delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- comfortable working in data and analytics domains
- build trust quickly and guide teams through ambiguity and change
- collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and other stakeholders
- experience building or evolving team culture
- create an inclusive, supportive environment
- communicate clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- curious about how AI can improve workflows
