Senior Director, Analytics Services

Komodo Health is dedicated to reducing the global burden of disease through smarter use of data. The Senior Director, Analytics Services will lead the Analytics Center of Excellence team, focusing on delivering AI-enabled solutions and driving strategic value for life sciences organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analytics services delivery — overseeing successful execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts
• Serve as a senior pre-sales partner, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for Sales and Account Management teams during scoping, proposal development, and customer-facing consultative conversations
• Own the managed services delivery model within ACE, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs that drive customer product adoption and long-term retention
• Guide Account Management and Customer Success teams on account strategy, ensuring customers fully leverage Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings to achieve their desired business outcomes
• Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into workflows, identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer impact
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform new offerings and features, acting as an internal voice of the customer with deep industry context
• Build, staff, and develop a high-performing analytics services team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence and continuous learning
