About this role
Role Overview
- Own end-to-end customer delivery from kickoff to go-live
- Manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
- Define success metrics for AI Agent deployments
- Partner closely with Product, AI, and Customer Success teams
- Define and continuously refine Regal’s playbook for implementation excellence
- Drive growth by owning revenue-generating initiatives and expanding AI adoption
- Expect to travel ~1 week per month for key customer launches
Requirements
- 6–15 years of experience in technical, customer-facing, or product leadership roles
- Experienced in managing enterprise customer deployments, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives
- Commercially minded with understanding of successful deployments
- Strong analytical skills to inform decisions, define success metrics
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Relentless ownership mindset and hands-on when needed
- Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, and light-coding experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
