About this role
Role Overview
- You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting for multiple entities (holding company + operating companies)
- Handle full accounting tasks (bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
- Implement and improve accounting processes (monthly)
- Prepare financial reports (cash flow, profitability by entity, etc.)
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate, thorough follow-up
- Collaborate with the external CPA for year‑end (review engagement)
- Ensure the quality, rigor, and reliability of financial data
Requirements
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Senior accounting technician or accountant
- Experience working with multiple entities (a strong asset)
- Ideally, experience in real estate
- Highly autonomous, structured, and organized
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable managing both operational work and process improvements
